To claim a refund under the DSR please obtain a reference number prior to returning your item and please return your part/s in the packaging in which they were sent to you. Further to this regulation, we will refuse a refund if unwanted parts have been used then returned or a security marked part is returned without it's security marking. We will replace faulty goods free of charge minus your postage back to us within the UK.
