"Very pleased with this service. I live in a remote place where normal washing machine service contracts are not available. We have to do our best to fix things and try to avoid expensive disposal charges on machines that can't be fixed. It's worth punting a small sum, such as £25, on one of your recycled spares, but not worth paying the manufacturer £110 for a part which may or may not cure the fault. Without your service I would have ditched a four year old machine and replaced with new, which would have been bad for the environment. Why are official manufacturer spares so expensive?"

"Hard Drive contained really only 9,000 of usable Karaoke files. Dozens of empty folders and other MP3s and Videos that were useless. Basically, just a bunch of stuff dumped on a hard drive. Yes, the hard drive was full but not with many files you would want. Delivery was fast and the hard drive itself was quality."

"Replacement part worked perfectly and got my plasma TV up and running again. I'm completely satisfied with the part I received. My only minor criticism is why does the seller wait almost a week after payment is made before dispatching the item. I could understand if payment had been made by cheque and the seller had to wait for cheque to clear but I made an instant payment via PayPal so it seems unfair to keep a buyer waiting unnecessarily like this, especially when the part was clearly stated as being in stock. I just feel you could improve your service by reducing the time between receiving payment and dispatching orders."
