It is highly recommended that when returning any item to us that a postage/ courier service is used with a tracking or recorded facility. As we sell used items we do not offer any form of warranty on any of our products. As we sell electrical items it is highly recommended that a qualified electrical engineer installs your purchased item(s). This can also help to ensure that there are not multiple faults with your appliance.
