Faulty or damaged items will be refunded if returned to us within seven days and the fault verified by our in house engineers. If any item(s) is returned and found to be in full working order or not damaged we will not be able to issue any form of refund. Unwanted items will not be refunded. We do not accept picture evidence for a fault or damage to item(s). Our products are security marked and therefore must be returned to us to verify that it is our product. Once we receive a returned item(s) we will check if the item(s) is faulty damaged and check for our security mark. Only once this is verified will we issue a refund. Please note that we only issue a refund for the value of the purchased item(s) and do not issue a refund for postage and packaging (P&P) paid by you during the initial transaction. We do not take responsibility for P&P costs if an item(s) has to be returned to us. If an item(s) is returned with a fault and our engineers retest the product and it is working we do not take responsibility for the P&P costs to resend the item back to you and only customer collection would be available - this can be in person or via your own courier. It is highly recommended that when returning any item to us that a postage courier service is used with a tracking or recorded facility. As we sell used items we do not offer any form of warranty on any of our products. As we sell electrical items it is highly recommended that a qualified electrical engineer installs your purchased item(s). This can also help to ensure that there are not multiple faults with your appliance.

Returns 
We operate under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. To claim a refund under the DSR please obtain a reference number prior to returning your item and please return your parts in the packaging in which they were sent to you. Further to this regulation, we will refuse a refund if unwanted parts have been used then returned or a security marked part is returned without it's security marking. We will replace faulty goods free of charge minus your postage back to us within the UK.

If you place an order, receive an item and fit it - then claim it is the wrong part - NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.

Please contact us for return details. Faulty goods will be replaced under warrenty. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us Postage costs will then be refunded once the item has been returned, identified, checked and deemed faulty. If item is found not to be faulty then the return postage costs will not be refunded.
